Thanks for joining us here for this sneak peek at a sound healing session. This is about a quarter of the time that you'll usually experience in a sound healing journey. Generally, they last for 45 to 60 minutes, sometimes even longer going into hours depending on what you're looking for.

Today we'll go through about 15 minutes starting with a guided meditation

into the sounds of the bowls and other instruments

and just all you have to do is get comfortable either in a seated position or laying down if you prefer

and listen to the sounds. I hope you enjoy

Now that you're in a comfortable position just take a moment to find stillness

Noticing any discomfort and taking a moment to just move and find that stillness once again

as you become even more comfortable even more relaxed bring your awareness down to the tips of your toes and relax every single toe relax the tops of your feet the bottoms of your feet your heels your ankles

relax your lower legs relax your knees allowing them to go soft and allow that relaxed energy to flow up into the thighs relaxing the upper leg relaxing the glutes allowing the bum to go soft and the hips to melt back

allow the lower back to relax and let that relax energy flow around the sides of the body into the belly noticing how the belly rises on the inhale and falls on the exhale

allow that relaxed energy to move up into the chest relaxing the chest moving into the shoulders allowing the shoulders to relax and let that relaxation flow down the arms through the tops of the arms through the elbows through the forearms the wrists and into the palms of the hands

and feel that relaxed energy flow all the way down into the fingertips

into the backs of the hands the backs of the wrist and back up through the back of the arm up into the shoulder allowing the shoulders to relax once more

relax your neck

relax your jaw allowing your bottom teeth to fall away from your top teeth maybe your mouth parts slightly in complete relaxation relax your nose and all of the tiny muscles around the nose

relax the eyes allowing the eyelids to feel even more heavy relax the eyebrows and pay special attention to in between the eyebrows allowing this area to relax completely relaxing the forehead relaxing all of the muscles on the tops of the head the sides of the head even the ears and the back of the head allow that relaxed energy to flow from the top of the head all the way back down to the tips of the toes your body becoming completely and utterly relaxed ready and open for your sound healing journey.

(sound of Tibetan singing bowls)

coming back from wherever you have journeyed off to bring your awareness back into your body

bringing your awareness up onto your heart centre

just noticing the way that the chest rises on the inhale

and falls on the exhale

bring that awareness down into the tips of your fingers and the tips of your toes

and start to gently patiently bring movement back into your body through a wiggling of the fingers and the toes

reach your arms up over your head reaching from the fingertips to the tips of the toes taking a big stretch take an inhale through the nose open the mouth and exhale a nice big sigh and then hug your knees into your chest rocking yourself backwards and forward and side to side until you're ready to roll onto one side that feels natural and comfortable for you placing one arm under your head like a pillow take another deep breath in through the nose open the mouth and exhale

and then with your eyes closed push your way up to a seated posture hands in front of the heart and namaste dropping the forehead down to your fingertips

thank you for joining us here for this short sound healing session i hope that you found a level of relaxation that you haven't before and that you are feeling well and rested.

namaste
